Muchada-Léclapart

Muchada-Léclapart is the exciting un-fortified Sherry project from cult Champagne grower David Léclapart and Alejandro Muchada. Combining Léclapart’s years of experience on the chalk soils of the Montagne de Reims with Muchada’s skills gleaned from Sanlúcar de Barrameda’s old-school vignerons, the pair craft un-fortified, site-specific wines with little-to-no flor influence, as opposed to the region’s ubiquitous blending of multiple vintages in soleras.
